Is It Necessary To Choose Travel Agency While Travelling?

We sometime get into dilemma whether to choose travel agency or not. One mind says, choose travel agency because they will arrange everything for us and make things easy. But another mind says, travel freely without agency and save money. And we all are absolutely right in our own thinking. But, as long as I am concerned about this matter, I feel like0 choosing travelling agency is the best thing you can do especially for those who are travelling the country other than their own. Here are the following reason that describes why you should choose travel agency:

Travel agency are there to provide services to their clients. They will arrange everything for you such as:

- Airport pickup + drop

- Booking Hotels / Transportation / Flights and so on.

- Arranging permits such as TIMS, ACAP, MCAP, Special Area Permit and soon.

- Provide you with a professional guide, etc.

If you’re unclear or in confusion about anything then the agency is always there to provide you with detail information. They will give you proper guidance about your trip, about the culture, lifestyle, do’s and don’ts and everything that you need to know.

The travel agency will appoint you with a professional guide and that guide will guide you till you finish your trip. For example: If there is any dangerous roadway, then they are always there to guide you so that you’ll be safe. They will provide you information about place, culture, tradition, history and so on which is more than a Google information.

Travel agency has connection with different hotels, lodge and flight connection company. During peak season, there is a chance of over booking and very difficult to get rooms or flights or bus seats. In that case, choosing a travel agency is a best option. Because of their connection, they will surely manage these things so that you don’t face any problem during your trip.

When you’re travelling, you might face any problem and during that time, you can just contact travel agency and they’ll help for you. For example: one of the traveler fly drone in Kathmandu valley and after that he got caught and sent to jail and if you do not have connection during that time, it’ll be very hard for you to get out of this.

Not everyone knows the best place in other country to travel and for some, they might not have enough holiday to follow fixed itinerary. During that time, you can consult travel agency and tell your needs and the time period of your holiday. They will make arrangements after that. For example: if I want to go to popular place then they might suggest EBC trekking, or if I want to visit the place that reflects culture or history then they might suggest Bhujung Village.

Our life is never secure. We never know what will happen the next day. Same goes for trekking or expedition. Anytime, there might be an emergency cases and during that time, your guide is always there to help you. And if such cases ever happen then your guide will immediately contact agency and they will rescue you as soon as possible without any delay.

Travel agency is a service oriented company. They treat clients as God and their heart smile when their clients get satisfied. In each and every situation, they make sure that their clients are happy and if they aren’t, they try to improvise things.

Thus, choosing a travel agency is the best thing you can do as a well-planned traveler. But still at the end, everything is your choice and you should do whatever that makes your heart feels good.
